When an attorney leaves a firm and begins to practice with another firm or when a firm relocates and/or changes its name, it is vital to provide any changes to the Office of Attorney Ethics by updating your information online at the Attorney Registration page of this website or by sending your request by faxing it to 609-403-7802, ATTN: Attorney Registration.
