Notice and Order – Conclusion of Benicar Olmesartan Medoxomil Mulitcounty Litigation (MCL)

In accordance with the provisions of Court Rule 4:38A and Directive #02-19, "Multi county Litigation Guidelines and Criteria for Designation (Revised)," a previous Notice to the Bar sought comments on the recommendation of Superior Court Judge John C. Porto for conclusion of the Benicar Olmesartan Medoxomil ("Benicar") litigation MCL. This Notice is to advise that the Supreme Court, after considering the recommendation and having received no comments objecting to the conclusion, has concluded the MCL designation of all pending and future state-court Benicar litigation. The Court's November 29, 2022 Order is published with this notice.

The notice and order are also posted on the Judiciary's Internet Website in the Multicounty Litigation Information Center.
