Order – Judge Mark A. Baber Prospectively Recalled to Judicial Service

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

         It is ORDERED that; pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Mark A. Baber, who will be retiring on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective December 4, 2023, through December 3, 2025; and 

         It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Baber will be temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Hudson County (Vicinage 6).
