This Directive promulgates further revised versions of the Juvenile Plea Form (CN 11144) and Juvenile Disposition Order (CN 10812). On January 10, 2022, L.2021 , c.. 342 was enacted into law, to be effective immediately. The law eliminates certain statutory costs, fees, fines, and monetary penalties (referred to collectively herein as "fees") imposed on juveniles with a deferred disposition or who are adjudicated delinquent.

Attorneys who have not completed the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund annual registration and payment process by June 1, 2023 will be declared ineligible to practice law by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. This notice serves as a final reminder of the June 1, 2023 deadline.

Attorneys may complete their registration and payment by using the Judiciary's Attorney Online Registration and Payment Center: https://www.njcourts.gov/attorneys/attorney-registration. Attorneys are required to complete the registration and pay the annual assessment, including any late fees.

Questions related to attorney registration may be directed to the Superior Court Clerk's Office at (609) 421-6100 or SCCOOmbudsman.mailbox@njcourts.gov.
