Parenting Coordinator Program

With an MSW and a law degree, I have worked with families going through separation and divorce for over 31 years. My practice is devoted to resolving conflict, and, when children are involved, focusing on their happiness and well-being. Parenting coordination gives me an opportunity to help parents implement parenting plans, resolve day-to-day child-related disputes in a timely way, and facilitate their communication to reduce conflict and more effectively meet their children's needs.

Parenting coordination gives me an opportunity to help parents implement parenting plans, resolve day-to-day child-related disputes in a timely way, and facilitate their communication to reduce conflict and more effectively meet their children's needs. 

I provide Parent Coordination to parents who have experienced an ongoing pattern of high conflict and/or litigation regarding their children. I help parents implement and comply with court orders and parenting plans by making timely decisions to diminish the pattern of unnecessary litigation, animosity and conflict.

I have been practicing family law over 30 years. I am a qualified mediator. I am also trained in collaborative law. I am also a family law litigator, and I am well versed in parenting conflict issues. 

Adam is an experienced mediator with specialized training in domestic violence issues. He is Certified by the Supreme Court as a Matrimonial attorney, is fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served two terms on the District XIII Ethics Committee. He is comfortable addressing high conflict cases.

Ms. Dugan has practiced exclusively in the area of family law for over ten (10) years. Ms. Dugan is direct and empathetic, and she approaches each case with a desire to arrive at a practical result. Ms. Dugan appreciates the value that an effective parenting coordinator can bring to a family as they navigate into their new normal.

Cadence Hulme has over a decade of experience working with families to resolve their matters. She has a Master of Social Work which has provided training and experience to unpack underlying emotional issues that may be a block to a resolution.

Richard A. Nocks, Esq. is an attorney and focuses his practice on divorce/family law matters. His role as a parent coordinator is specifically designed to aid the parties in effectuating the existing parenting plan, develop communication methods that promote collaboration, explore possibilities for compromise, and help the parties help themselves.

Ms. Cornelius is well versed in complex custody matters and the intersection of relationship dynamics and co-parenting challenges. She has over 25 years’ experience in Family Law, serves as an MESP Panelist, and is on the Court’s Roster of Family Mediators. She has been Court-appointed as Counsel and Guardian Ad Litem in a variety of matters.

I am a family lawyer, mediator and collaborative divorce practitioner who is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. I strive to assist individuals and couples to resolve their differences without destroying their families. By using creative and out of the box thinking, I work with clients to develop solutions that they can live with and feel good about.

Dr. Hagovsky is a licensed psychologist with over forty years of education, training and experience providing forensic evaluative and treatment services in New Jersey. These include Custody and Best Interests Evaluations, Parenting Coordination, parent-child reconciliation, family therapy, as well as parenting education and co-parenting counseling.

I have been practicing Family Law since 1996. In addition to significant litigation and trial experience gained through my practice, I am also a Qualified Mediator and have been trained in Collaborative Law.

As an attorney with 30 years of experience primarily in Family Practice, I am well equipped to address high conflict matters involving children and parents. I have been appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem by the courts on numerous occasions and have been successful in helping children. I have a track record of assisting clients in navigating complex family law issues and finding workable solutions. I am passionate about heling families find common ground and reaching agreements that are in the best interests of their children. Being a parent coordinator allows me to use my skills to positively impact the lives of families in need.
