The Morris County Courthouse will be temporarily CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. This will not affect the Morris County Administration and Records Building.
On that day all applications for emergent orders to show cause filed prior to 11:30 a.m. will be reviewed prior to 12:30 p.m and anything filed after 11:30am will be reviewed after 2:30pm. Temporary Restraining Order applications, on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 shall be taken by the local police department.
