The Attorney Regulatory Board (ARB) is part of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s attorney regulatory process. The ARB reviews all petitions for readmission after disbarment, pursuant to R. 1:20-21A, and makes a recommendation to the Supreme Court.

Interim Guidance on Continuing Legal Education Courses Designated by the Supreme Court:

Pursuant to R. 1:20-21A(c), petitioners for readmission should complete the following courses within twelve months prior to filing a petition for readmission:

  1. “Trust Accounting in Detail,” offered by the Office of Attorney Ethics;
  2. “Law Firm Financial Management – Tips for Success,” offered by NJICLE;
  3. “New Attorney Day,” offered by NICLE; and
  4. Coursework in Ethics and Law Practice Management Essentials (fulfilled by taking either “Bridge the Gap: Law Practitioner Essentials – Rutgers School of Law,” or “Law Practice Management” offered by NJICLE)
