The judgment listed on my credit report is not mine. How do I remove the judgment from my credit report?

If you are disputing that the Judgment on your credit report is not yours, you need to request a copy of the Judgment and discuss the matter with the creditor. Write to the Superior Court Clerk's office to request a copy. Provide the following information in your request: 1) Judgment number (J or DJ#) or reference number as it appears on your credit report, 2) case title and 3) the document you wish to obtain.
