The types of correspondence a I receive from the mortgage company are not the same pleadings found in my foreclosure file.

The foreclosure file will contain only those documents which the court requires to be filed in a Foreclosure proceeding. Generally, the foreclosure file will not include correspondence the mortgage company has sent to the borrower about the defaulted loan, as the submittal of these documents are not required by the New Jersey Rules of Court.
