What about e-filing confidential and sealed documents?
eCourts Criminal allows documents to be uploaded using one of several access restrictions:

| Confidential | All case attorneys and court |
| Restricted | Filer, adversary attorney, and court |
| Protected | Filer and court only |
Sealed documents must be filed through the traditional paper submission process. These documents may not be submitted via eCourts at this time.
