Will my EEO complaint be kept confidential?

The EEO/AA Office seeks to protect your privacy. However, during the EEO/AA process it may be necessary to discuss the complaint with others who may have relevant information. The New Jersey Courts' Anti-Discrimination Policy Statement prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination.
