Suit by current and former residents of Pompton Lakes, Passaic County, New Jersey, seeking damages for environmental contamination allegedly caused by the defendant corporations. At its September 13, 2010 Administrative Conference, the New Jersey Supreme Court approved centralized management of all litigation involving the alleged environmental contamination in Pompton Lakes and assigned the litigation without mass tort designation to Judge Rachelle L. Harz in Bergen County.
