Reglan - Case Information

Reglan is the trade name for metoclopramide, a drug used to treat gastrointestinal problems, such as heartburn, gastric reflux, nausea associated with migraines or cancer treatments, pregnancy-related morning sickness, or to assist infants in the digestion of formula. At its July 8, 2010 Administrative Conference, the New Jersey Supreme Court approved centralized management of all litigation involving Reglan in both its branded and generic forms and assigned the litigation without mass tort designation to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee in Atlantic County.
