Application to Designate Accutane Litigation as a Mass Tort

Pursuant to Rule 4:38A and the Mass Tort Guidelines (Directive #11-03), an application has been submitted to the Supreme Court, through the Acting Administrative Director of the Courts, to designate all litigation (pending and subsequently filed) alleging damages arising from the use of the drug Accutane as a mass tort and to assign that litigation to Atlantic County for centralized management.
