Attorney Certification


ATTORNEY CERTIFICATION
Applications for Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney Certification, Matrimonial Law Attorney Certification, and
Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney Certification are now available to determine eligibility for examinations given
in 2001.
The deadline for submitting a completed civil and criminal application is February 28, 2001 by postmark or hand
delivery. The deadline for filing a completed matrimonial or workers’ compensation application is March 30, 2001 by
postmark or hand delivery. Applications postmarked after the appropriate deadline will not be considered by the Board.
For your convenience, applications for certification as a Civil or Criminal Trial Attorney, Matrimonial Law Attorney,
or Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney may be downloaded from the Board’s website at www.njbac.org or requested
from:

Certified Civil or Criminal Trial Attorneys whose certification is expiring in the year 2001 must file an application for
