It is ORDERED that the attached revised Appendix IX-H ("Combined Tax Withholding Tables for Use with the [Child] Support Guidelines") of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey is adopted effective immediately; this supersedes the prior version of Appendix IX-H.
