It is ORDERED that, effective immediately, the Order dated July 22, 1999, as amended by orders dated March 29, 2000, August 15, 2000, and June 21, 2001, designating those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications and issue warrants for communications data warrants, is further amended so as to designate Superior Court Judge John Tomasello as a Communications Data Warrant Judge in place of Superior Court Judge Rushton H. Ridgway.
