Directive #06-26 - Family - Children in Court - Revised Judgment of Guardianship - Supersedes Directive #04-23

This directive supersedes Directive #04-23 and incorporates the revisions issued on August 5, 2024, and August 29, 2025. It promulgates, for statewide use in the FG docket, the updated Judgment of Guardianship (CN 10265), which now includes a new checkbox enabling the court to dispose of the guardianship action following a surrender, proof hearing, or trial.
