Directive #07-25 - Family - Children in Court - Revised Order Terminating Litigation (CN 10263)

This promulgates for statewide use beginning on December 17, 2025, a revised form order terminating litigation (CN 10263) in child protection (FN docket) and guardianship (FG docket) matters.  This order will be posted in the forms catalog on the Judiciary website.  

In addition to its use in the FN docket, this revised form of order is to be used when an FG case is disposed before reaching a surrender, proof hearing, or trial.  If the case is disposed by a surrender, proof hearing, or trial, the Judgment of Guardianship (CN 10265) shall be used.  Section 1709 of the Children in Court (CIC) Operations Manual has also been updated to clarify this procedure.
