It is ORDERED that, effective October 1, 2000 and until further Order, Tax Court Judge Joseph C. Small is hereby designated as the Presiding Judge of the Tax Court pursuant to Rule 1:33-2(e), succeeding Tax Court Judge Michael A. Andrew, Jr. in that designation. This amends the 2000-2001 General Assignment Order.
