Notice - Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program - Appointment of Replacement Member

NOTICE TO THE BAR 
AFFORDABLE HOUSING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM – APPOINTMENT OF REPLACEMENT MEMBER

          As provided by L. 2024, c. 2, the Administrative Director of the Courts previously appointed seven retired judges to serve on the Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program (“Program”), as announced in a May 17, 2024 notice.  With retired Judge Thomas F. Brogan having concluded his service as a Program member, the Administrative Director has appointed retired Superior Court Judge Menelaos W. Toskos to fill the resulting vacancy.   

          Accordingly, effective immediately, the list of Program members is as follows:
