Notice and Order - Resumption of Millville Municipal Court Operations

NOTICE TO THE BAR 
Millville Municipal Court – Resumption of Operations 

             Pursuant to the court’s December 18, 2023 order published with this notice, effective January 2, 2024, the Millville Municipal Court will resume all operations in its court facility in Millville. 

             Accordingly, effective December 27, 2023, communications regarding the Millville Municipal Court should be directed to:

Lobby Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

             If there are any changes to court dates because of this resumption of operations, the parties will receive a notice of that change by mail.
