Set forth below is a list of financial institutions that have filed agreements pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:21-6 with the Supreme Court of New Jersey as of February 4, 2026. These institutions qualify as depositories for attorney trust funds. Attorneys having questions as to whether or not a particular financial institution not shown below has filed an agreement with the Court may (1) request and rely upon a copy of the executed agreement from the financial institution or (2) call the Office of Attorney Ethics at 609-403-7800.
