Notice - Civil Case Information Statement (Civil CIS) - Revisions to Page 4: Addition of Certain Multicounty Litigation (MCL) Case Types

This notice promulgates revisions to the Civil Case Information Statement ("Civil CIS"), which is included in the Rules of Court as Appendix XII-Bl. The attached version of the Civil CIS reflecting those revisions will be effective immediately. The revisions, all on Page 4 of the Civil CIS, are as follows:

• The addition of new MultiCounty Litigation (MCL) case type 641 involving Sexual Abuse in Juvenile Detention Facilities Operated by the State of New Jersey pursuant to the Supreme Court’s May 28, 2025 Order;
• The addition of new MCL case type 642 involving Roundup Products pursuant to the Supreme Court’s May 28, 2025 Order;
• The addition of new MCL case type 643 involving GLP-1 Medications for Gastrointestinal Injuries pursuant to the Supreme Court’s October 16, 2025 Order; and
• The addition of new MCL case type 644 involving GLP-1 Medication for NAION Vision Loss pursuant to the Supreme Court’s October 16, 2025 Order.
