Notice Closure of Passaic County Courthouse on Tuesday Afternoon August 27 and Wednesday August 28

On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, the Passaic County Courthouse buildings will be closed beginning at 12:30 p.m. All morning calendars will proceed as scheduled. All afternoon calendars will proceed virtually.

On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, the Passaic County Courthouse buildings will be closed all day. All in-person court matters scheduled for this date will now proceed remotely. All scheduled remote proceedings will proceed as scheduled
