Pursuant to Directive #08-12, “Revised Multicounty Litigation Guidelines,” an application has been made to the Supreme Court, through the Acting Administrative Director of the Courts, requesting designation of all New Jersey state-court litigation involving the contraceptive device sold under the trade name Mirena as multicounty litigation (“MCL”).
