The Supreme Court has received an application pursuant to Directive #02-19, “Multicounty Litigation Guidelines and Criteria for Designation (Revised),” for Multicounty Litigation (MCL) designation of New Jersey state-court litigation against Novo Nordisk, alleging gastrointestinal injuries as a result of use of Ozempic/Rybelsus/Victoza/Wegovy Products.
The MCL application was submitted by counsel for plaintiffs.
