Notice - Reminder - Prohibition of Use of Technology Scripts or Bots to Capture or Transmit Data to and from Judiciary Systems

This notice is a reminder to New Jersey attorneys and the public that the use of screen-scaping or bulk data transmission scripts violates the Judiciary’s systems access user agreements. These measures are prohibited and continued use will result in the revocation of access to Judiciary systems.

Automated bots and scripts pose a significant threat to the confidentiality and integrity of judiciary data and information. Implementation of advanced measures is needed to reduce the risk posed by such automation. Accordingly, effective Monday, March 25, 2024, any user who attempts to access or transmit Judiciary data and information using automation (such as bots or screen-scraping) will have their access to all Judiciary systems immediately revoked.
