Notice - Rescission of Administrative Directive #03-20 - Recovery Court Client Incentives and Sanctions Chart

This Notice advises of the rescission of Administrative Directive #03-20 (“Drug Court – State of New Jersey Adult Drug Court Program Participant Incentives and Sanctions Chart”).  The recission of that 2020 Directive is effective as of the date of this notice.   The material that had been covered by the Directive is for internal Judiciary use for administrative purposes in Recovery Court cases.
