Order - Adding Superior Court Judge David Ragonese as an Authorized Wiretap Judge for the Camden Vicinage.

It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. (“Wiretap Judges Order”), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective April 13, 2026 so as to designate Superior Court Judge David M. Ragonese as Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 4 (Camden County); and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the designation of Superior Court Judge Thomas T. Booth, Jr. as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 4 (Camden County) is concluded effective April 13, 2026 because of his change in judicial assignment.
