It is ORDERED that effective February 13, 2001, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Thomas S. Smith, Jr. is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Criminal Division, Burlington County (Vicinage 3). This amends the 2000-2001 General Assignment Order dated July 18, 2000.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that effective February 13, 2001, and until further Order, Tax Court Judge Marie E. Lihotz (t/a Superior Court) is designated as the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Burlington County (Vicinage 3). This amends the 2000-2001General Assignment Order dated July 18, 2000.
