It is ORDERED that effective December 4, 2001, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Michael D. Farren is hereby designated as Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court for Monmouth County (Vicinage 9). This amends the 2001-2002 General Assignment Order dated July 19, 2001.
