Order Appellate Division Judge Carmen H Alvarez Short Term Judicial Recall

It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Appellate Division Judge Carmen H. Alvarez, who will retire on pension March 27, 2022 and having given her consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective March 27, 2022 through August 31, 2022, or until further Order; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this period of recall service, Judge Alvarez will be temporarily assigned to Part D of the Appellate Division of Superior Court and will continue to serve as presiding judge of In the Matter of Theresa E. Mullen, a Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey1 Supreme Court of New Jersey, Docket No. 085531, pursuant to the Court's Panel Assignment Order of September 29, 2021.
