Order – Appellate Division Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple – Short-Term Recall Through August 31, 2024

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

             It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Appellate Division Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple, who will retire on pension March 11, 2024 and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court effective March 11, 2024 through August 31, 2024, or until further Order; and 

             It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this period of recall service, Judge Whipple will be temporarily assigned to Part G of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court.
