Pursuant to Rule 1:39-1(a), it is ORDERED that Hillary Hudson Bryce, Esq. and Rubin Sinins, Esq., both of whom are currently members of the Board on Attorney Certification (“Board”), are designated to serve as Board Chair and Vice-Chair, respectively, for the one-year term that begins January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; and
Pursuant to Rule 1:39-1A(a), it is ORDERED that Mark G. Davis, Esq. is reappointed as a member of the Criminal Trial Certification Committee for a new three-year term, effective January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028.
