Order - Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law – Reappointments, New Appointments, Chair and Vice-Chair Designations

Pursuant to Rule 1:22-1(a), it is ORDERED that the following individuals are reappointed as members of the Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for a three-year term starting January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028:

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of the Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for an initial three-year term starting January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028:

David A. Avedissian, Esq.;
Shereen Chen, Esq.;
Christian E. Fisher, Esq.;
Jennifer Weisberg Millner, Esq.; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Stephen V. Falanga, Esq. and Nicholas Kant, Esq. are designated to serve as Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of the Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for the one-year term starting January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
