Order - Continuation of Judicial Recall Service for Superior Court Judge Louis S. Sceusi – Morris/Sussex Civil Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Louis S. Sceusi, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective June 9, 2026 through June 8, 2028 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Sceusi will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 10 (Morris and Sussex Counties).
