Order – Designated Wiretap Judges for Atlantic/Cape May Counties (Vicinage 1) – Addition of Judges Pamela D’Arcy and Joseph Levin

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

            It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. ("Wiretap Judges Order"), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective immediately so as to designate Superior Court Judges Pamela D'Arcy and Joseph A. Levin as Wiretap Judges for Vicinage 1 (Atlantic and Cape May Counties); and 

            It is FURTHER ORDERED that the designations of Superior Court Judges J. Christopher Gibson (reassignment) and Bernard E. DeLury, Jr. (retirement) as Wiretap Judges for Vicinage 1 (Atlantic and Cape May Counties) are concluded effective retroactive to September 1, 2025.
