Order – Designation of Additional Wiretap Judges for Middlesex County (Vicinage 8) – Judges Colleen M. Flynn and Pedro J. Jimenez, Jr.

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

             It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. ("Wiretap Judges Order"), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective immediately so as to designate Superior Court Judges Colleen M. Flynn and Pedro J. Jimenez, Jr. as Wiretap Judges for Vicinage 8 (Middlesex).
