Order - Designation of Judge Michael Silvanio as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 15

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

            It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. ("Wiretap Judges Order"), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective March 1, 2024 so as to designate Superior Court Judge Michael J. Silvanio as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 15 (Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem), succeeding Superior Court Judge Linda L. Lawhun in that designation.
