Order – Initial Appointments to the Attorney Regulatory Board (ARB)

Pursuant to Rule 1:20-15B(a), it is ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of the Attorney Regulatory Board effective retroactive to April 1, 2026 for the terms indicated:

Judge Julio L. Mendez (retired) – for a one-year term that concludes March 31, 2027, and for a full three-year term that begins April 1, 2027 and concludes March 31, 2030; 

Lynne F. Newsome, Esq. – for a one-year term that concludes March 31, 2027, and for a full three-year term that begins April 1, 2027 and concludes March 31, 2030;

Natalya G. Johnson, Esq. – for a three-year term that concludes March 31, 2029; Perry Lighty - for a three-year term that concludes March 31, 2029; 

Brett R. Harris, Esq. – for a two-year term that concludes March 31, 2028; 

Mitchell I. Herman – for a two-year term that concludes March 31, 2028; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Judge Julio L. Mendez (retired) and Lynne F. Newsome, Esq. are designated as Chair and Vice-Chair respectively of the Attorney Regulatory Board retroactive to April 1, 2026 for the one-year term that concludes March 31, 2027.
