Order – Judge Bernardin Recall – as signed – dated and effective 02-10-26

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Daniel A. Bernardin, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective immediately through February 9, 2028, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Bernardin is temporarily assigned to the Civil and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Camden County (Vicinage 4).
