Order - Judge Carol V. Novey Catuogno – Designated as General Equity Disqualification Judge for Bergen County

It is ORDERED that effective May 1, 2023 and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Carol V. Novey Catuogno is hereby designated as the General Equity Disqualification Judge for Bergen County (Vicinage 2). This will amend the 2022-2023 General Assignment Order dated August 15, 2022.
