Order - Judge John R. Rauh – Recalled to Judicial Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 , Superior Court Judge John R. Rauh, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for the period beginning May 29, 2023 through August 31, 2023;and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this limited recall period, Judge Rauh will be assigned on a statewide basis specifically to handle Sexually Violent Predator Act cases.
