It is ORDERED that Superior Court Judge Maritza Berdote Byrne, in addition to her assignment as set forth in the 2021-2022 General Assignment Order, is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, effective March 14, 2022 through May 23, 2022, to serve on such Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
This temporary assignment to the Appellate Division shall be in effect for such additional period of time as may be necessary for Judge Berdote Byrne to decide all motions and to prepare for and conclude all matters assigned to her.
