Order – Judge Owen C. McCarthy Designated as Monmouth Civil Presiding Judge

It is ORDERED that effective July 24, 2023, Superior Court Judge Owen C. McCarthy is designated as the Civil Presiding Judge for Monmouth County
(Vicinage 9). This will amend the 2022-2023 General Assignment Order dated August 15, 2022.
