Order – Judge Wendel E. Daniels – Continuation of Judicial Recall Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Wendel E. Daniels, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2026 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Daniels will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Ocean County (Vicinage 14).
