Order - Municipal Court Administrator Certification Board -- Reappointments; New Appointment; Continuation of Chair/Vice-Chair Designations.

It is ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:41-l(b), Assignment Judge Stuart A. Minkowitz is designated to continue as the representative of the Conference of Assignment Judges on the Municipal Court Administrator Certification Board ("Board") for a new two-year term beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1 :41-l(c), (1) Assistant Director Steven A. Somogyi is reappointed as a member of the Board for a new three-year term beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025; and (2) Jennifer Esposito, C.M.C.A., is appointed as a member of the Board for an initial three-year term beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:41-l(d), Assignment Judge Stuart A. Minkowitz and Assistant Director Steven A. Somogyi are designated to continue as Board Chair and Vice-Chair respectively for an additional one-year term beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
