Order – Prospective Recall of Superior Court Judge Mark P. Tarantino and His Assignment on Recall to the Burlington Criminal Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Mark P. Tarantino, who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby prospectively recalled for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective October 31, 2026 through October 30, 2028, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Tarantino will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3).
