Order – Reassigning the DePuy ASR Hip Implants Multicounty Litigation (MCL) to Bergen Superior Court Judge Gregg A. Padovano Effective June 1, 2023

It is ORDERED that effective June 1, 2023, the Court's April 12, 2011 Order designating all pending and future state-court litigation arising out of the use of DePuy ASR™ hip implants as multicounty litigation and assigning that litigation for centralized management to Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti in the Bergen Vicinage, as amended by the Court's July 22, 2016 Order reassigning such matters to Superior Court Judge Rachelle L. Harz, is hereby further amended so as to reassign all such matters to Superior Court Judge Gregg A. Padovano in the Bergen Vicinage, with all specific references in those prior orders to Judge Martinotti or Judge Harz to be read as references to Judge Padovano
